Technological Unemployment can be attributed to the human jobs that are replaced by robots and automation of a process that is caused due to the seismic shift in the evolution and adoption of technology.

If you feel your job is mundane and not exciting anymore and repetitive, there are very high chances that a robot without a soul is all the more likely to do your human job without any change in the quality graph. As per stats its being stated that there are about 20 million factory jobs that are walking into the hands of robots by 2030 which is just about a decade to go. Owing to the disruptions caused by COVID19 its not sure yet if its going to happen any sooner. Over the years the Human race stands witness to some of the greatest technological advancements and the merits & demerits caused because of them. Technological Advancement is inevitable and its integral to the survival of the Human race in this world and beyond. As paradoxical as it may sound the Human race cant survive without technological advancements and at the same time you can not have the technology advancing without a user base. Technology should be combining forces with the Human race and not act against, as the combined force produces farther greater output than either of them alone.
The majority jobs that are going to be taken over by automation are predominantly mundane, repetitive tasks that are same, day in and day out. So, it all boils down to the skill set and innovation the Human in-charge takes up on the task and the job in hand which constitutes as an integral differentiating factor between the Human and a Machine. We are leading unto a world where learning must not be considered a phase in Humans life and must be a continuous process throughout ones life journey and thats the only way its going to ensure ones own survival. Until now we fought and competed with other Human Beings. But going forward we are going to compete and race against machines and computers. The only thing that differentiates us from the silicon beings is our intellect quotient and not intelligent quotient. Being highly skilled and the faculty to innovate are going to be the true prowess and integral factor of sustenance.
We are working towards such a goal of enabling the Human souls by using technology to combat technology. We are taking a Bottom-Up approach in this process of up-skilling, as many as possible before Human Beings are reprimanded and made out of context in a job floor.
